K-Life is an online farm game operated by Kayzit, available on the web at klife.kayzit.com and as a Telegram Mini App via @kayzit_life_bot. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

2. Scope

This policy applies when you:

  • Play K-Life in a web browser (desktop or mobile);
  • Open K-Life through the Telegram Mini App or interact with our Telegram bot;
  • Register, sign in, link accounts, or use in-game features (farm, shop, chat, maps, etc.).

Use of Telegram is also subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy.

3. Information We Collect

3.1. Account & K-Life Resident profile

  • Username — your permanent in-game login ID (cannot be changed after creation);
  • Password — stored as a hash, never in plain text;
  • Display name, bio, and avatar (URL you provide);
  • Stats & badges shown in-game (level, K-Coin, EXP, achievements, badges you choose to display).

3.2. Telegram data (Mini App or bot)

  • Telegram User ID — Telegram's numeric identifier, used only for login and account linking (separate from your K-Life username);
  • Telegram name, username, and profile photo (when provided via initData);
  • Messages you send to the bot (stored temporarily for replies and rate limiting).

3.3. Gameplay data

  • Farm progress: plots, crops, animals, inventory, research, quests, friends, and neighbors;
  • In-game transactions, lottery, global chat, and activity logs tied to your account;
  • Data retained when you choose a web or Telegram snapshot during account linking.

3.4. Location (optional)

Only if you enable the World Map feature and grant location permission on your device or browser. By default, your location is not visible to others; only points you explicitly save may appear on the map.

3.5. Technical data

  • Session tokens and login source (web or Telegram);
  • IP address and User-Agent (security, anti-spam, and rate limiting);
  • localStorage on your device (token, language, sound settings, etc.).

4. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and operate K-Life;
  • Authenticate sign-in and link web ↔ Telegram accounts;
  • Save progress, sync gameplay, and show leaderboards and public profiles;
  • Power in-game chat and Telegram bot chat (automated replies, game invites);
  • Display maps when you opt in;
  • Prevent fraud, spam, and API abuse;
  • Improve the experience, fix bugs, and support players.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Legal Basis (where GDPR applies)

  • Contract / service delivery: operating your account and gameplay;
  • Legitimate interests: security, abuse prevention, and service improvement;
  • Consent: geolocation, certain public display settings, and optional bot interactions.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We may share the minimum necessary data with:

  • Telegram — Mini App platform, initData verification, and Bot API;
  • AI provider (Orimise) — processes bot chat messages to generate replies;
  • Infrastructure providers — hosting for klife.kayzit.com (database, API, cache).

Some profile fields (K-Life username, display name, level, badges, etc.) may be publicly visible to other K-Life Residents as part of the game's social features. This is not commercial third-party sharing.

7. Storage & Retention

  • Account and gameplay data: kept while your account is active;
  • Telegram bot messages: limited recent history for conversation context;
  • Technical logs and rate-limit data: short-term retention for security;
  • On deletion requests, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, except where law or dispute resolution requires retention.

Servers use the Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh (GMT+7) timezone.

8. Cookies & Local Storage

K-Life primarily uses browser localStorage for session, language, and settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Clearing browser data logs you out locally; server-side progress remains as described in Section 7.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures including HTTPS, password hashing, token authentication, Telegram initData verification, and API rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify users of data breaches when required by law.

10. Children

K-Life is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child's account was created without parental consent, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to:

  • Access and edit your profile in-game (Resident Profile);
  • Request export or deletion of your account data;
  • Withdraw consent (e.g., disable map visibility or stop using the bot);
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

12. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed on servers in Vietnam or as determined by our hosting provider. When you use Telegram or AI services, data may pass through their infrastructure under their respective policies.

13. Policy Changes

We may update this policy when adding new features (e.g., Telegram Stars payments). New versions will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of K-Life after changes constitutes acceptance, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

K-Life là game nông trại trực tuyến do Kayzit vận hành, truy cập qua trình duyệt tại klife.kayzit.com và qua Telegram Mini App (bot @kayzit_life_bot). Chính sách này mô tả cách chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ và bảo vệ dữ liệu của bạn.

2. Phạm vi áp dụng

Chính sách áp dụng khi bạn:

  • Chơi K-Life trên trình duyệt web (máy tính hoặc điện thoại);
  • Mở K-Life qua Telegram Mini App hoặc tương tác với bot Telegram;
  • Đăng ký, đăng nhập, liên kết tài khoản, hoặc sử dụng các tính năng trong game (nông trại, cửa hàng, chat, bản đồ, v.v.).

Việc sử dụng Telegram còn tuân theo Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Telegram.

3. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

3.1. Tài khoản & hồ sơ Cư dân K-Life

  • Username (ID đăng nhập trong game, không đổi sau khi tạo);
  • Mật khẩu (lưu dạng băm, không lưu văn bản gốc);
  • Họ tên hiển thị, bio, ảnh đại diện (URL bạn cung cấp);
  • Thống kê & huy hiệu công khai trong game (cấp độ, K-Coin, EXP, thành tích, huy hiệu bạn chọn hiển thị).

3.2. Dữ liệu Telegram (khi dùng Mini App hoặc bot)

  • Telegram User ID (số định danh Telegram — chỉ dùng để đăng nhập/liên kết, khác với username K-Life);
  • Tên, username Telegram, ảnh đại diện Telegram (nếu Telegram cung cấp qua initData);
  • Tin nhắn bạn gửi cho bot (lưu tạm để trả lời và giới hạn tần suất).

3.3. Dữ liệu gameplay

  • Tiến trình nông trại: ô đất, cây trồng, vật nuôi, kho, nghiên cứu, nhiệm vụ, bạn bè, hàng xóm;
  • Giao dịch trong game, xổ số, chat toàn cầu, nhật ký hoạt động liên quan tài khoản;
  • Dữ liệu khi bạn chọn giữ bản snapshot web hoặc Telegram trong quá trình liên kết tài khoản.

3.4. Vị trí (tùy chọn)

Chỉ khi bạn bật tính năng Bản đồ thế giới và cấp quyền vị trí trên trình duyệt/thiết bị. Mặc định vị trí không hiển thị cho người khác; chỉ điểm bạn chủ động lưu mới có thể hiện trên bản đồ.

3.5. Dữ liệu kỹ thuật

  • Token phiên đăng nhập, nguồn đăng nhập (web / Telegram);
  • Địa chỉ IP, User-Agent (phục vụ bảo mật, chống spam, rate limit);
  • Dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị qua localStorage (token, ngôn ngữ, cài đặt âm thanh, v.v.).

4. Mục đích sử dụng dữ liệu

  • Cung cấp và vận hành game K-Life;
  • Xác thực đăng nhập, liên kết tài khoản web ↔ Telegram;
  • Lưu tiến trình, đồng bộ dữ liệu gameplay, hiển thị bảng xếp hạng và hồ sơ công khai;
  • Chat trong game, chat bot Telegram (trả lời tự động, giới thiệu game);
  • Hiển thị bản đồ (khi bạn cho phép);
  • Phòng chống gian lận, spam, lạm dụng API;
  • Cải thiện trải nghiệm, sửa lỗi và hỗ trợ người chơi.

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn cho bên thứ ba.

5. Cơ sở pháp lý (nếu áp dụng GDPR)

  • Thực hiện hợp đồng/dịch vụ: vận hành tài khoản và gameplay;
  • Lợi ích hợp pháp: bảo mật, chống lạm dụng, cải thiện dịch vụ;
  • Sự đồng ý: vị trí địa lý, một số cài đặt hiển thị công khai, tương tác tùy chọn với bot.

6. Chia sẻ dữ liệu với bên thứ ba

Chúng tôi có thể chia sẻ dữ liệu tối thiểu cần thiết với:

  • Telegram — nền tảng Mini App, xác thực initData, bot API;
  • Nhà cung cấp AI (Orimise) — xử lý tin nhắn bot chat để tạo phản hồi;
  • Nhà cung cấp hạ tầng — máy chủ lưu trữ tại klife.kayzit.com (cơ sở dữ liệu, API, cache).

Một số thông tin hồ sơ (username K-Life, tên hiển thị, cấp, huy hiệu, v.v.) có thể hiển thị công khai cho Cư dân K-Life khác trong game — đây là tính năng xã hội của game, không phải chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba thương mại.

7. Lưu trữ & thời gian giữ dữ liệu

  • Dữ liệu tài khoản và gameplay: giữ trong suốt thời gian tài khoản còn hoạt động;
  • Tin nhắn bot Telegram: lưu giới hạn (lịch sử gần đây) để phục vụ hội thoại;
  • Log kỹ thuật / rate limit: lưu trong thời gian ngắn theo nhu cầu bảo mật;
  • Khi bạn yêu cầu xóa tài khoản, chúng tôi xóa hoặc ẩn danh hóa dữ liệu trong thời hạn hợp lý, trừ dữ liệu phải giữ theo luật hoặc để giải quyết tranh chấp.

Máy chủ sử dụng múi giờ Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh (GMT+7).

8. Cookie & bộ nhớ cục bộ

K-Life chủ yếu dùng localStorage trên trình duyệt để lưu phiên đăng nhập, ngôn ngữ và cài đặt. Chúng tôi không dùng cookie quảng cáo bên thứ ba. Bạn có thể xóa dữ liệu trình duyệt để đăng xuất cục bộ; tiến trình trên server vẫn được giữ theo mục 7.

9. Bảo mật

Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp hợp lý: HTTPS, mật khẩu băm, xác thực token, xác minh Telegram initData, rate limiting API. Không có hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối — nếu phát hiện sự cố, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo theo quy định pháp luật khi cần.

10. Trẻ em

K-Life không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi (hoặc độ tuổi tối thiểu theo luật địa phương). Nếu phát hiện tài khoản của trẻ em dưới ngưỡng này được tạo mà không có sự đồng ý của phụ huynh, vui lòng liên hệ để chúng tôi xử lý.

11. Quyền của bạn

Tùy khu vực pháp lý, bạn có thể có quyền:

  • Truy cập, chỉnh sửa hồ sơ trong game (Hồ sơ Cư dân);
  • Yêu cầu xuất hoặc xóa dữ liệu tài khoản;
  • Rút đồng ý (ví dụ: tắt hiển thị bản đồ, ngừng dùng bot);
  • Khiếu nại với cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu có thẩm quyền.

Gửi yêu cầu tới [email protected]. Chúng tôi có thể cần xác minh bạn là chủ tài khoản K-Life.

12. Chuyển dữ liệu quốc tế

Dữ liệu có thể được xử lý trên máy chủ đặt tại Việt Nam hoặc khu vực do nhà cung cấp hosting quy định. Khi dùng Telegram hoặc dịch vụ AI, dữ liệu có thể đi qua hạ tầng của các bên đó theo chính sách riêng.

13. Thay đổi chính sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách khi thêm tính năng mới (ví dụ: thanh toán Telegram Stars). Phiên bản mới sẽ đăng tại trang này kèm ngày cập nhật. Tiếp tục sử dụng K-Life sau khi cập nhật đồng nghĩa bạn chấp nhận phiên bản mới, trừ khi pháp luật yêu cầu khác.
